We bring together community members, formerly incarcerated people, and system leaders — people too-often siloed from one another — to break bread, share stories, and build relationships.

We center our shared humanity, not our zip codes, workplaces, titles, or degrees.

Inspired by new perspectives and in community with new allies, our changemakers leave Kaleidoscope energized to expand opportunities for people returning to our community from incarceration.
